A team of computer scientists, engineers, and clinical researchers, in partnership with health industries, propose new solutions to analyse large longitudinal data using statistical learning and deep convolutional neural networks to address different cardiovascular health issues.

Distinguished Lecturer Giorgio Quer, Sr. Research Sci-entist at the Scripps Research (SR) in San Diego, Cali-fornia, and the Director of Artificial Intelligence at the SR Translational Institute will be presenting.

All interested students and colleagues are welcome, but this lecture will should be of special interest to:

  • all computer-, electrical- and communication engineers, data scientists, and persons with interest/working in machine learning and AI
  • scientist with interest in medical and assistive applications
