We are curious to hear about your stay in Norway!
What did you expect about life in Norway? Was it different from expected, if so – how?
That is a difficult question for me, because before the exchange, I never been to Europe, so I did not have an opinion about Norway, I just had an opinion about Europe, and in that time, I thought that everybody on Europe was shy or maybe cold people, but I was really excited to come here because of all history of the continent and all art and all different culture!
About what I live so far: now I don’t have a general opinion about Europe, I met people from all of Europe and notice that the different countries have different people, as expected hahahahaha. But I still think that the Norwegian are shy, but they are really really nice people! If you initiate the conversation, you will see how nice they are!
Speaking about Norway, I am really impress with this country! The educational system is amazing, the number of unemployment people is very low, the landscapes around are stunning, the people are polite, all country speak at least two languages and all this in the same place is almost unimaginable for me.
Here I had some great opportunities!

Anything you want to share with other students and employees that you think they should learn about your home country?
Yes! Brazil is a great country! And very big one! And because of that, we have a huge diversity of culture; if you go to the north of Brazil, you will see beautiful landscapes and taste really good food and dance a lot of great music, but if you go to the south of Brazil, you will have the same experience of the north, but with a completely different landscape, a completely different food completely different music! So, everybody should visit Brazil!

Please share one story from your life that will make us get to know something special about you.
Ok, I will tell something that my friends and I love to do. My university is a really hard one, the exams are hard, the work is hard and a lot of things is hard, so we have a hard routine. But, every month, when we receive our salary we go to a restaurant all you can eat of sushi and we stay there a loooooooooong time! It is really funny! And in the end of semester, we do the same thing, but we choose a fancy restaurant and it is more fun!!!! And I love these occasions! I love stay with my friends, chat, laugh, eat, have fun, and be happy!
In the last picture of all my friends on Preikenstolen, only the brave was able to go to Kjeragbolten, her is the pictures of those brave guys!
Why did you chose to study in Norway?
In my university, the professor must have contacts abroad and the student must talk with the professor to setup everything between the student and the universities. So, I had tree options, China, to work in a study that I don’t really like, Germany, to work in a study that I don’t really like too and Norway, to work in a study that I like! So, I choose Norway!
