What you will learn

In the selected courses from the Master of Science in Business Administration program, you will gain a multifaceted understanding of aspects for managerial success. You will explore various research methodologies, ethical practices, and data strategies in Research Methods. Further you will explorer diverse leadership perspectives addressing contemporary challenges. Understanding Consumer Behaviour will provide you with an insights into consumer psychology and decision-making processes essential for crafting effective marketing strategies. Finally, Management Control Systems will focus on the design, implementation, and implications of control systems in organisations, emphasising sustainability. This holistic learning experience will equip you with essential skills for navigating complex managerial environments.

Admission requirements

The admission requirement is a Bachelor Degree relevant for the programme you wish to apply for. The Transcript of Records for the completed bachelor should be uploaded in the application process. Admission to the programme requires a good command of the English language, both spoken and written. An English proficiency equivalent to B2 (Cambridge) level is recommended. Applicants should have a cumulative grade point average equivalent to, or better than, a C in the ECTS system.

Exchange students at Master's level must hold a Bachelor diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, Strategy or equivalent and should have completed at least 1 semester (at Master's level) at their home institution before they enrol at USN. Normally there is a requirement of a C average for admission at Master level.

Target groups are Master students in business, management, marketing, strategy, entrepreneurship or related fields.
