Terms of payment

When you enrol in courses and programmes with tuition fees through EVU web or SøknadsWeb, you must read and accept the following terms of payment:

  • After the cancellation period has expired, all our courses and programmes with tuition fees are financially binding.
  • If you withdraw from your programme after you have been granted admission and up to 2 weeks prior to the start of studies, you must pay 10 per cent of your tuition fee, up to NOK 3,000.
  • If you cancel your enrolment later than 2 weeks prior to the start of studies, you must pay full tuition fees for the current semester.

Cancellation deadline – cancellation form
Regardless of the abovementioned provisions, there is a cancellation period of 14 days from when you receive your cancellation form, in accordance with the Norwegian Cancellation Act.

A cancellation form is sent to students by e-mail along with their letter of admission. If you cancel your enrolment before the cancellation deadline, you will not need to pay any fees.

However, if you enrol so close to the start of studies that you use your right of cancellation after the programme has started, you must expect to pay for a proportionate amount of the teaching service you have received, ref. the Norwegian Cancellation Act, Section 21, subsection 3.

Enrolment in several programmes at the same time
If you enrol in several programmes with tuition fees, you will be financially bound to pay for your selected programmes.
