Pramod Bhusal

Pramod Bhusal is Professor in Architectural Lighting Design at University of South-Eastern Norway. He is also Researcher at Department of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Aalto University, Finland. He received his M.Sc. (Tech.) degree in Electrical Engineering and D.Sc. (Tech.) degree in Illumination Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology. He has over 18 years of experience in several areas of illumination engineering. His recent research has been focused on efficient and sustainable lighting systems, color quality of light sources, and visual and non-visual aspects of light. He has been the key expert in several national and international research projects including projects funded under EU framework programmes. He has also coordinated and participated in several education development projects in the field of lighting funded by EU (Erasmus+ CBHE, Asia-Link) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland. He is author and co-author of several publications.
