I am Associate Professor of English and Linguistics at the University of South-Eastern Norway, where I have worked since 2011. I specialize in phonology – the linguistic subfield dedicated to the study of sound patterns – and its interfaces with phonetics and morphology.
Responsibilities
- Teaching courses in English phonetics and phonology, sociolinguistics, text linguistics, and Norwegian linguistics
- Supervising master's students of English in teacher education
- Member of Language Variation and Change Research Group
