Associate professor in innovation and management, and USN's contact for the national research network for innovation in the public sector (INNOFF). I have a broad work background from state and European administration, investigative work and start-ups. I started a full-time position at the university in 2017. Before this I have been behind large, public investigation tasks related to red tape (Tidstyver) in Public Administration, Integration reception, digital transformation in public bodies, and information security culture.
My research interests extend from empirical and theoretical work on value creation and change in the public sector. I have also contributed within interpretive and reflexive understanding of representation and mediation, within both quantification sociology and artistic development work. In these works, I investigate what it means to convey knowledge through numbers and images. Several works are in collaboration with associate professor and visual artist Hilde Honerud.
