Why study Business Management?

USN Kongsberg provides Business Management courses and lecturers that help you prepare for a national or international career, and provides you with the knowledge, understanding and tools that will make you successful in your career. A majority of the courses emphasize quality management, strategy, marketing and project management from the perspective of large-scale corporations. You will also find classes where you are trained to work efficiently and creatively as both an employee and as an entrepreneur.

USN Kongsberg is located next to a leading high-tech industrial cluster, and cases used in the programme are real, up-to-date and based on actual cases. Our lecturers have experience from a broad spectrum of business sectors, and our small-scale campus gives you an opportunity for close follow-up. In addition to ordinary class discussions, guest lectures are invited to conduct seminars about contemporary business issues with a view to providing students in-depth understanding of the business world.

USN Kongsberg, like it's business neighbours, is internationally oriented. We are proud to be the number one alternative for international business and management students in the region. Lectures are held in English, but you will be encouraged to take classes in Norwegian language and culture, which includes visits to historical sites in the areas and a broad introduction to Norwegian society.
