Further studies

The students gain experience in interdisciplinary research, and will also be qualified to pursue academic research in the field of human rights and cultural diversity.

These courses may be included in our Msc in Human Rights and Multiculturalism programme.

Admission requirements

This programme requires a  Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), with at least 80 ECTS credits in the following fields:

  • Law
  • the social sciences (e.g. political science, anthropology, religion, psychology or sociology)
  • education,
  • philosophy
  • history
  • Related fields, as long as the study in question includes courses that are relevant for the study of human rights

You must also fulfil the English Requirements, and have a cumulative grade point average equivalent to, or better than, a C in the Norwegian system (we do the grade conversion).
