The up-sides of being a co-researcher

Being a co-researcher in a research project was extremely beneficially to me in my work with the master’s thesis. The groups collected professional competence, sharing of empirical findings, and the ability to reflect with others, improved the outcome of my learning experience compared to doing this on my own.

It also meant that I had access to more academic literature and empirical material than I would otherwise have had. Joint research is inspirational, educational for everyone involved, and my motivation was continually triggered by the possibility to access inspiration from research colleagues.
