Research interests

My main research interest is the impact of climate change on the environment, with a focus on climate changes in the past 150,000 years and in relation to the ongoing warming of climate. My main tools are numerical earth system models, used together with field-based evidence.


Since 2016: Professor in climate change research. Dept. of Natural Sciences and Environmental Health, Univ. of South-Eastern Norway.
