Professor in Marketing and Strategy with long research and teaching experience within consumer behavior and product management. I have a Dr.Oecon from The Business School BI about Incremental Product Devleopment from 2006, more than ten years research experience investigation consumer driven innovation within the food sector at Nofima, and 2014/2015 I was resposible for a M.Sc. course in Innovation Management, as well as lecturing Marketing Research at Aarhus University, Denmark.
