Eric Carlström är professor i health and crisis management vid Sahlgrenska Akademin, Göteborgs universitet. Han är dessutom faglig ledare för Center for Emergency and Crisis Management på Högskolan i Sydost Norge (HSN). Erics forskning är inriktad mot crisis management. Inom ämnet crisis management domineras hans forskning av samverkan på olycksplatser, övningar, triagering, arbete i traumateam, event- och mass-gratherings.
