Hasan, currently a non-employee PhD fellow at the Department of Maritime Operations, USN, has transitioned his employment to Kongsberg Digital AS (KDI) in maritime simulation R&D following the mid-term evaluation of his PhD. His professional background includes maritime experience in sailing as a marine engineer, as well as roles in teaching and technical management onshore. Before joining KDI, Hasan was associated with the Centre of Excellence in Maritime Simulator and Training (COAST) at USN.
