Jeg er førsteamanuensis i engelsk og en merittert underviser. I tillegg til å undervise, er jeg også campuskontakt og co-ansvarlig for syklus II for GLU engelsk ved USN Drammen. Mitt undervisningsfokus ligger på engelskspråklig barne- og ungdomslitteratur og -medier, didaktikk, og kritisk, kultur- og litteraturteori. Forskningsinteressene mine er hovedsakelig rettet mot barne- og ungdomslitteratur og -medier. Jeg har spesiell interesse for sjangertradisjoner, resepsjonsestetikk og hvordan nåtidens digitale og transnasjonale kontekster påvirker barne- og ungdomslitteratur og leserens lesemåter og identitetsutvikling.
