International relations office
Campus Porsgrunn (K-229B)
The International Relations Office has two teams. We cooperate closely and can take on each other's roles when needed, for example in periods with a lot of case processing. My central role is as the faculty contact for the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, in addition to coordinating the international development team, which consists of faculty contacts for each faculty, project managers and contract manager.

Responsibilities

  • Development of international university agreements for the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences.
  • Contribute to ensuring the national requirements regarding student mobility and internationalisation of all degree programmes, through accreditation processes or study plan development.
  • Support for programme coordinators and study administration in implementing solutions for this in existing study programmes.
  • Processing of applications for exchange.
  • Guidance on project applications, internal strategy development and implementation.
  • USN's contact person for the Students at Risk programme.
  • Norad institutional contact for USN.
