The goal of the organization is to promote our common academic, professional and social interests. To achieve this the organization will:
- Be a point of contact for PhDs (philosophiae doctor) and PostDocs to take part into the early researcher community within USN.
- Organize academic and social events on and off-campus to help PhDs and postdocs in their research work and in their social integration.
- Be a bridge between USN and PhD, postdocs and represent their voices in relation to USN administration and leadership.
