Currently, my research deals with issues of diversity and inclusion in large, and hybrid teams in specific. I am interested in topics related to inclusive work-spaces for self-initiated expatriates, particularly to raise their hidden voices, and find solutions to cater to more inclusion in multinational organizations. Previously, I have researched social entrepreneurship, socially sustainable market shaping, and ethical dilemmas in dark tourism. My academic background includes two Masters's degrees, one from Turku School of Economics (Finland) and second from the University of Stavanger (Norway). While being actively involved in academia, I have also worked as a marketing communication consultant in an international non-governmental organization in Pakistan dealing with management of big scale events and certification of NGO's. I also worked as a management trainer in European Union project in Pakistan, promoting professional education to students from marginalized groups in society.
