Parking and electric car charging at campus Bø
Parking is free.
If all the parking spaces are taken you can use the parking spaces at the neighbouring buildings: Gullbring Culture Centre and Bø Hotel.
Electric car charging
We have 4 charging points at campus Bø. You have to pay to use these. Due to high demand there is a timelimit of 4 hours charging.
Walk or ride a bike
Almost everyone in Bø lives within easy walking/cycling distance of the university. As an Eco-lighthouse business, we recommend that students and staff walk, ride a bike or take a bus/train to the university.

How to get to campus Bø?
Public transport
It is less than 10 minutes to walk from the station to the campus. The nearest train station is Bø station. The nearest bus station is Meieritorget.
Car and parking
There are plenty of parking spaces on campus. It is also possible to park at Gullbring Cultural Center, which is located nearby. We have a few electric charging points. We encourage you to charge when needed and then move the car to a regular parking space.
It is also possible to charge your car at the charging station at Bø Hotell, a 5-minute walk from campus, or at Bø Senteret.
We do not allow overnight stays in car parks, green areas or in the university's buildings.

Monday to Friday 07.30 a.m. - 8 p.m. (3 p.m. outside the semester)
Students and staff with a key card have access to the building all year round Monday to Sunday 06.30 a.m. - 11.30 p.m.
The service center is open Monday to Friday 08 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.
