The course is structured into two sequential learning modules, designed to address the specific needs and aspirations of early-career researchers.
The workload is approximately 27 hours.
Part 1: Exploring Career Pathways Beyond Academia (11 hours)
Strengthen your transferable skills to maximize the impact of your work, enhance your professional influence, expand your network, and seize new opportunities at the European level.

Part 2: Empowering Your Professional Skills (16 hours)
