Anne Liv Kaarstad Lie

I am an associate professor of pedagogy at the University of Southeast Norway and work mainly within teacher education and continuing education for teachers, school leaders and school owners. I teach, supervise and research on guidance, learning in organizations, assessment and local school development, in close collaboration with schools and municipalities. My professional commitment is directed towards learning in professional communities and systematic quality development in schools. In my research and development work, I often use action learning and strengths-based approaches, with an emphasis on mastery, inclusion, well-being and quality in schools.
