My research primarily concerns education policy, inclusion, and leadership, with a particular emphasis on comparative studies across different countries.
I am currently undertaking a doctoral thesis examining how school leaders’ autonomy is shaped by the governance of inclusion in schools in Germany and Norway.

- supervising students in school and kindergarten placement

- Member of the organising committee for the annual Åsgårdstrand Seminar (2022–2024)
- Providing support and development in kindergartens and schools through the Competence Boost for Special Needs Education and Inclusive Practice (Kompetanseløftet) and the Regional Scheme for Kindergarten-Based Competence Development (ReKomp)
