CV
I have been working as an academic developer since 2014. Until 2023, at the University of Oslo, and from 2024 at USN. This work has included developing and teaching univeristy pedagogy courser, leadning seminars and workshops, providing pedagogical supervision for faculty, as well as partaking in various research- and development projects.
In both research and developmetn work, I have been particularly engaged in questions related to the societal role and mandate of the University, and how university teaching may strengthen students agency, professional responsibility, and citizenship.
I have a PhD in educational science from the Univeristy of Oslo, and have held both aministrative and academic positions in higher education institutions.
