Kristin Bentsen (PhD Marketing Management [University of South-Eastern Norway]) is an Associate Professor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the School of Business, University of South-Eastern Norway (USN). Dr. Bentsen’s research interests include market innovation, sustainable service innovation, and marketing management from a consumer culture perspective. She is an expert in qualitative research methods, with a particular focus on ethnographic fieldwork. Dr. Bentsen is a member of the research group Innovation Management and Market System Dynamics at USN. She has contributed to several interdisciplinary research projects and supervises PhD and master students. Her work has been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Consumer Psychology and Marketing Theory.
