Miika Kuoppamäki is an Associate Professor at the Department of Business, Strategy and Political Sciences at the University of South-Eastern Norway. He completed his Ph.D. at the Chair of Management and Corporate Governance at the Witten/Herdecke University. His research interests are in the areas of digital transformation, leadership 5.0 and corporate governance. Miika has 25 years of management and leadership experience from the telecoms, financial services, software and internet industries, working in leadership positions on five continents.
