Responsibilities
- Research and publications: Focus on organizational resilience, crisis management, business continuity, and risk management in complex systems.
- Course development and coordination: Designs, leads, and coordinates educational programs and courses across various disciplines, including safety and security management.
- Teaching and supervision: Teaches and supervises students at bachelor’s and master’s levels.
- Project management and grant work: Develops and contributes to research proposals for national and international projects (e.g., EU Horizon and RCN).
- Knowledge transfer: Presents research findings at international and national conferences (e.g., Neon) and through interdisciplinary collaboration with industry and the public sector.
- Method development: Advances analytical tools, including the Viable System Model (VSM) and the Functional Resonance Analysis Method (FRAM), to strengthen safety, governance capacity, and operational dependencies in critical infrastructure.
