Richard is a PhD-Research Fellow in the Business School at the University of South-Eastern Norway. His work is related to marketing, brand building, strategy and strategic innovation. Richard has a long working experience from the industry, as a leader in both national and global corporations before entering academia. Richard is a member of the research group in innovation and entrepreneurship, and the research group in marketing management. His research area is focused on the effects of digitalization in retail, and the emergence of global platform companies from a business model perspective.
- Lecturer in Strategic Management and Business Ethics (STR2000), including teaching, supervision and examination (2018-2019)
- Member of the PhD Program Board in Marketing Management (USN) as student's representative (2019 - )
- Member of the PhD evaluation committee, reviewing the PhD education among USN's eight PhD-programs (2019-2020)
- Responsible for Work Package 1 (WP1) in the Vivant Digital research project.
