Richard is a postdoc in the Business School at the University of South-Eastern Norway. He has a PhD in marketing, and his work is related to marketing, brand building, strategy and strategic innovation. Richard has a long working experience from the industry, as a leader in both national and global corporations before entering academia.

Richard is a member of the research group in Digital Transformation. His research area is focused on digital platforms (following his dissertation on value creation in digital platforms), and on digital health logistics, understanding how technology is adopted in hospital care - changing the way health care workers interact and collaborate, and the resulting effects for both patients, employees and the hospital itself.
