I have a wide interest in biology and my special strengths are in ornithology and botany. Recently I have further immersed myself in entomology.

I am also passionately interested in geology and astronomy, and in addition, I have a great interest in meteorology.

Otherwise, I am very fond of outdoor activities that includes tents, climbing, canoeing, kayaking, cycling, skiing and hiking - more or less on a yearly basis.

I do also photograph a lot, and especially with the emphasis on macro, which the pictures below shows. More photos are included in my Facebook profile.
