Reset two-factor authentication

Changed or lost your phone and no longer have access to the authenticator app for two-factor?

You can reset two-factor authentication (2FA) for your USN account on mfa.usn.no by signing in with ID-porten.

This service should only be used if you no longer have access to any of your registered 2FA methods. You can manage your 2FA methods on aka.ms/mysecurityinfo

If you are unable to authenticate with ID-porten, you will have to contact IT support by e-mail it-support@usn.no or telephone 31 00 82 00 in order to reset 2FA.
