Need IT Support to remote control your PC

Sometimes IT Support needs to remote control your machine in order to help you in the best possible way. For this we have a solution called Team Viewer Quick support. This is a small program that you run when you are in conversation with IT Support and there is a need for the support consultant to remote control your machine. This program does not require installation, nor does it require you to have a user account with Teamviewer. To make sure you get help as quickly as possible when you contact IT Support (31008200), we recommend all exam candidates to download this add-on and save it on the machine. Feel free to put it on the desktop. That way, you can run it whenever needed, without having to spend a lot of time finding it.
