The initiative Democracy, Social Organisation and Governance has established its strategic council. It will meet twice a year.
The council consists of members with a varied background and who collectively possess strong expertise and experience.
The council comprises the head and deputy head of the initiative area, David Guttormsen and Åsne Håndlykken-Luz, and the external members are:
- Haldor Byrkjeflot, professor of sociology at the University of Oslo.
- Eivind Falkum, senior researcher emeritus at the Work Research Institute, OsloMet.
- Henriette Reierson Johnstone, leader of the Students' and Academics' International Assistance Fund (SAIH).
- Sumeet Singh Patpatia, Chief Diversity Officer at Schibsted Marketplaces
- Elisabeth Askim, Assistant Director at the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB).
