What is the Learning Library?
The learning Library is a database that provides access to a wide variety of resources to help you succeed in your studies. Whether you’re looking for a language course to help you improve your Norwegian, a guide to a referencing style, a tutorial on how to conduct a literature search, or just somebody to talk to, the Learning Library can point you in the right direction. In addition to various digital resources, the Learning Library also contains links to a variety of physical and in-person resources at USN.
- Norwegian as a second language (the N2 pathway)
- English as a second language (E2 pathway )
- The Neurodiversity pathway (autisme, ADHD, dyslexia etc.)
- Academic Writing pathway
- Crises Help
- The Faculty pathway (for employees)
The Learning Library also has six ‘pathways’ function to guide specific student groups towards the help they need. If Norwegian isn’t your first language, the N2 pathway may be for you. If you want help studying in English, the E2 pathway should be helpful. If you have autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or another form of cognitive difference, try the Neurodiverse pathway. If you want to improve your academic writing skills), the Academic Writing pathway is for you. And if you’re worried about dropping out, there’s the Crisis Help pathway.
