Any questions?

The Atypical Interaction Conference (AIC2028) aims to bring together researchers who use Conversation Analysis (CA) and multimodal interaction analysis, to investigate interactions involving persons whose communication diverges from typical patterns.

In past conferences, topics have included, but are not limited to, interactions involving individuals living with aphasia, autism, deafblindness, dementia, developmental language disorder, schizophrenia, and individuals using alternative and augmentative communication (AAC). The conference also welcomes research on interactions involving artificial intelligence, robots, and animals.

Organizers

AIC2028 is organized by Department of Languages and Literature Studies, Department of Educational Science at the University of South-Eastern Norway (USN).

Further details regarding keynote speakers, abstract submission, and practical information will be published in due course.
