The University of South-Eastern Norway is hosting the Talents and Entrepreneurial Skills Days (TESE Days) 2026. This is a 3-day event (10-12 June) focusing on the development of skills and career-building, bringing together PhD students from EDUC, supported by our entrepreneurial experts.

This event highlights the importance of internationalisation and multicultural exchange, fostering a European perspective among participants. By gathering PhD students and experts from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds across Europe, the TESE Days create a vibrant environment for cross-border collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Workshops, followed by interviews with Norwegian companies during the Career Day, will enable PhD students to showcase their entrepreneurial mindset. A great opportunity for EDUC PhD students to discover and enhance their talents to prepare themselves for their working life.

This enriching experience will help PhD students lay the foundation of their professional presentation and future career.

Travel and Accommodation Support

PhD candidates from USN residing outside Drammen may apply to have accommodation with breakfast covered for two nights at Union Brygge in Drammen by sending a request to educ@usn.no

PhD candidates from USN residing in the municipalities of Øvre Eiker, Kongsberg, Sande and Lier will have their public transport expenses to and from Drammen covered.
