Etty R. Nilsen is professor of Health and Technology in the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences at the USN campus in Porsgrunn (since May 2019). My research interest are within knowledge management and change management, and the empirical arena for the research during the last ten years has been health care institutions and services. In particular I have worked with implementation of welfare technology and focused on the employees' readiness for change. Recently my teaching has been on healthcare management, knowledge management, learning in organizations and change management. Previously I worked in the USN School of Business where I also taught research methods on all levels, and strategic management.
