Kåre Slåtten is a Professor at the University of South-Eastern Norway. He
received his PhD in Political Science from UiT The Arctic University of
Norway, as well as a Master’s in Education from the University of Oslo,
Norway. His research is associated with two main areas: history and evolution
of HR management in Norway, and diffusion and use of management tools and
techniques.
