My main interest in teaching and research is leadership in Early childhood. Together with colleagues, I have developed and conducted leadership studies at the bachelor, master and government levels. I have long experience from working as a leader in early childhood, and in my master's thesis I did action research related to my own workplace. In 2016 i finished my doctoral thesis: Leadership as hybrid practices - a qualitative and interpretive shadow study of pedagogical leaders in early childhood centers.
