My research interests are related to digitalization, technology, and learning. I am particularly interested in diverse assessment methods, video reflections, artificial intelligence, online teaching, hybrid teaching, simulated practice, and reading and writing technologies throughout the entire school system. I have 15 years of teaching experience from lower and upper secondary school in Norway. I have worked at USN full time since 2021. I teach Pedagogy and Student Knowledge in the Primary and Lower Secondary Teacher Education Program (Grades 5–10) and in the Master’s Program in Professional Digital Competence (PfDK). I am responsible for the PfDK MOOC for primary and lower secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Teaching in Spring 2025 in the Master’s Program in PfDK, Course 4: School Development and Professional Understanding

• Course coordinator for the PfDK MOOC online study (PfDK for primary and lower secondary education)

• Project participant in Simulated Practice in Teacher Education: A New Arena for Professionalization (SIMPROF)

• Project participant in Video-Based Learning Methods in Professional Education (ViP)
