How to run TeamViewer QuickSupport

Please contact IT-support before you open this software.

For students and private computers

1. Go to TeamViewer Quick Support USN 
2. The Quicksupport file will now start downloading.
3. Once its downloaded, open the file and click on Run 
4. Click on Accept on the Disclaimer
5. As soon as the box containing a "Session code" and "Your name" is visible, IT-support can connect to your computer
6. Click Allow when you get a box asking about remote controll
    

For USN-administrated computers

1. Click on USN Remote support-icon on your desktop
   
2. Click Run
3. Type in your username and password
4. Click Accept on the Disclaimer
5. As soon as the box containing a "Session code" and your name is visible, we can connect to your computer
6. Click Allow when you get a box asking about remote controll
