Why study Business and Information Systems?
Do you want to learn about current hot topics in contemporary business and information systems? We offer a set of modules to give you the opportunity to acquire skills relevant for the job market. In Data Analytics, you learn the basics of machine learning and data mining, and do a semester project on analytics within a topic of your own choice. In Introduction to Innovation Management you will be taught the current practices of innovation, and how to properly manage innovation projects. In Entrepreneurship in practice, you receive practical training on how to develop your own business idea and verify if and how the idea can be realized.
But it gets even better: The course "Scientific Project Assignment" gives you the opportunity to follow your own interests and conduct an individual project under guidance of faculty members. You can do research, which will help you to prepare for graduate studies, or you can learn new skills, such as developing a concept or pilot for new software.

Admission requirements
The programme is open to international exchange students studying at one of USN's bilateral partner institutions. Exchange students at the bachelor-level must have completed at least 60 ECTS or equivalent within the relevant study field, and be officially nominated by their home university in order to apply. Admission to the programme requires a good command of the English language, both spoken and written. An English proficiency equivalent to B2 (Cambridge) level is recommended.
Academic background: Bachelor students in business administration, management, marketing, entrepreneurship, or related fields.
