“3D and Virtual Reality Technologies for VET”: 4th Transnational Project Meeting and Multiplier Event

The Juraj Dobrila University will host the 4th 3DandVRforVET Transnational Project Meeting and Multiplier Event on April 27th and 28th at Pula (Croatia).

This project is funded by Erasmus+ as a strategic partnership for vocational education and training, under Key Action "Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices". The 3DandVRforVET project promotes the use of CAD modeling, 3D printing, and Virtual Reality within the vocational education sector, and particularly the development of handbooks comprising good practices and recipes for 3D experience improvement and open education content. The first day (27.04) will comprise a consortium meeting with the following agenda:

  • 10:00-10:30- Opening of the 4th Transnational Project Meeting: Assoc. Prof. Sven Maričić (UNIPU, General project manager) and Ivona Peternel, PhD (Head of the Office for Partnership and Projects)

  • 10:30-11:30 - Intellectual Output 2 milestones (all partners)

  • 11:30-12:00 - Financial Management: Preparation for the final report

  • 12:00-12:15 - Break

  • 12:15-12:50 - Executive Team meeting: Evaluation of outputs and setting up KPIs for the following period

  • 12:50-13:00 - Q&As

  • 13:00-14:00 - Lunch

  • 14:00-16:00 - Visit to Medical School Pula and Institute Materials Research Centre of Region of Istria METRIS

The second day (28.04) is dedicated to the 3D4VR Conference (multiplier event):

  • 10:30-11:00 - Registration

  • 11:00-11:30 - Opening ceremony - UNIPU

  • 11:30-12:00 - Presentation of the Juraj Dobrila University of Pula (Ivona Peternel, PhD (Head of the Office for Partnership and Projects)

  • 12:00-13:00 - Plenary lecture: VR presentation by Assoc. Prof. Sven Maričić 

  • 13:00-13:15 - Coffee break

  • 13:15-14:00 - 3D modeling: Case study by Ivan Veljović, mag.ing.mech.

  • 14:00-15:00 - Lunch

  • 15:00-15:30 - Presentation of FSB UNIZG
