In some cases it is possible to defer a place on a programme of study.
You can apply for deferral in the event of serious illness, childbirth, notice of compulsory military service, or other weighty reasons that prevent you from commencing your studies.
A period of notice to leave a job or a change in employment situation will not be grounds for reserving a place.
