Why should you take this course?
This two-day course gives you hands-on knowledge of AI tools and techniques you can start using immediately – no programming required!
The course is available to members of our EDUC-alliance, but we will also accept other applicants.
Target group
Designed for everyone - especially employees from varied backgrounds, from retail staff to more technical roles. No prior AI knowledge is needed, but basic digital skills help. Familiarity with Excel is useful but not required.
Learning outcomes
- Understand what AI is and how it differs from traditional automation.
- Spot AI use-cases in your job/sector.
- Use simple AI tools without coding.
- Prepare and organize data for AI solutions.
- Use generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) effectively.
- Build a simple AI solution for a real business problem.
- Assess ethical implications of AI in your organization.
