I am an Associate Professor in the Master's Programme for Career Guidance at the Faculty of Humanities, Sports, and Educational Sciences. I hold a PhD in Educational Sociology, and my theoretical research draws from sociology, poststructuralism, critical feminist research, as well as posthumanist and more-than-human perspectives. I have experience with qualitative research methods, ethnography, and policy analysis. My research and educational activities focus on career guidance for young people and minorities in society, migration and career guidance, inclusive and culturally sensitive guidance practices, the construction of agency in career development and guidance, as well as social justice and sustainability perspectives in guidance.
