Satyanarayana Kokkula (Satya) is an Associate Professor of Systems Engineering at the Department of Science and Industry Systems, University of South-Eastern Norway (USN) in Kongsberg, Norway. He earned his doctoral degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Trondheim, Norway. Dr. Kokkula's research interests include Applied Systems Engineering, Testing and verification, Requirements Engineering/Management, Product development, Robust design, Riser system design, Crash mechanics, and Numerical simulations. Dr. Kokkula co-authored INCOSE IS2019 "Brian Mar Best Student paper". He is a Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) by the International Council on Systems Engineering, and a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
