I defended my Ph.D. dissertation on May 10, 2013, at Örebro University, Institution of Health Sciences and Medicine, Örebro, Sweden.

My primary research interests include:

- Reproductive health and preeclampsia
- Healthy ageing and rehabilitation
- Stroke and dysphagia
- E-health and care services
- Social robots and digitalization in healthcare and the workplace
- Ethical issues related to the use of video surveillance in private homes
- Cross-sectoral and interdisciplinary research at the intersection of health and technology
Teaching Experience
