Why should you take this course?
Developing your leadership skills to be able to manage a diverse team is critical, as today’s workplaces are increasingly global and interconnected. With higher levels of cultural awareness, managers can increase trust, avoid cultural misunderstandings, build stronger relationships and adapt business strategies to different contexts.
The course is available to members of our EDUC-alliance, but we will also accept other applicants.
Target group
Managers of international teams, or people who are new to leading international teams
Learning outcomes
- Understand, recognize and respect differences in cultural norms and values.
- Understand how to better build trust and relationships to foster team success
- Appreciate cultural differences in verbal and non-verbal communication
- Develop conflict resolution skills to resolve conflicts that may arise from cultural misunderstandings
- Navigate cultural differences while maintaining fairness and integrity
- Leverage cultural diversity as a source of creativity and innovation
