Practical skills for the future
“TESE Days is a fantastic opportunity for PhD candidates to prepare for working life and develop skills they will need in job seeking and future careers,” says Heidi Tovsrud Knutsen, Institutional Coordinator for EDUC at USN.
The programme places a strong emphasis on practical skills relevant to the labour market. This includes workshops on communication skills, entrepreneurship and societal impact. In addition, several social activities will be organised.
The event also offers valuable opportunities to build an international network and connect with candidates from across Europe. Participants from all eight EDUC partner universities will attend.
Travel and Accommodation Support
PhD candidates from USN residing outside Drammen may apply to have accommodation with breakfast covered for two nights at Union Brygge in Drammen by sending a request to educ@usn.no
PhD candidates from USN residing in the municipalities of Øvre Eiker, Kongsberg, Sande and Lier will have their public transport expenses to and from Drammen covered.
