USN Kongsberg provides Business administration courses and lecturers that help you prepare for a national or international career, and provides you with the knowledge, understanding and tools that will make you successful in your career. A majority of the courses emphasize and cover topics such as entrepreneurship, international business, project management, digital transformation, data analytics, technology management and cross culture management. You will also find classes where you are trained to work efficiently and creatively as both an employee and as an entrepreneur.

Lectures are held in English consisting of an international mix of students. Our exchange students are encouraged to integrate with Norwegian students and society, and we provide them with the opportunities to do so.

In the autumn semester:

In the spring semester:

You will learn practical skills in entrepreneurship, innovation, and supply chain management. You will explore global business challenges, mastering concepts like globalization and SCM fundamentals. Additionally, you will gain insights into technology management strategies for fostering innovation and marketing new products/services.

Admission requirements

The programme is open to international exchange students studying at one of USN's bilateral partner institutions. Exchange students at the bachelor-level must have completed at least 60 ECTS or equivalent within the relevant study field, and be officially nominated by their home university in order to apply. Admission to the programme requires a good command of the English language, both spoken and written. An English proficiency equivalent to B2 (Cambridge) level is recommended.

Academic background: Bachelor students in business administration, management, marketing, entrepreneurship, or related fields.
