FLOWassign in the home exam

In FLOWassign, the assignment is answered in a word processing programme on your PC/Mac (e.g. Word, Pages, etc.). The submission must be saved as a PDF before submission in WISEflow.

If an assignment set is to be handed out in WISEflow, the assignment set will be available at the start of the exam.

In FLOWassign, the response must be saved and submitted as a PDF file. If other file formats are to be submitted, for example Excel, the file must be uploaded as an attachment. Attachments may be any file type.

The PDF file cannot be larger than 200 MB, and if you are allowed to submit attachments, the attachments may total up to 5 GB.

You must have uploaded the files and clicked submit before the exam time is over. When the submission deadline has passed, it will no longer be possible to submit.

How do I submit my response?

  1. Upload the response by clicking «Upload».
  2. Click on the eye to see whether it is the correct file and whether it has content.
  3. If there is a cover sheet, fill this in before submitting.
  4. Press the green button «Click here to submit» when you are finished.
  5. A receipt for the submission will be sent automatically by email. It is also possible to use the «Send receipt» button.

Handwritten response

In some cases, it is necessary to answer the exam question by hand. You can then use a mobile camera or a scanner app to take a picture of the response and convert it into a PDF file. There are several such apps, and you should choose and test one in advance.

As a student, you can therefore write by hand when it is not appropriate to use a PC, and still submit as a PDF. You are responsible for ensuring that the images are legible. It is recommended to use a ballpoint pen or similar for better readability.

Problems with submission?

If you have problems with submission, you must contact the examinations office before the exam time is over.
